MINHIU delivers nationwide with the following specific delivery policy:
1. PAYMENT POLICY:
Customers can choose payment methods when shopping online at 4MEN:
- Pay directly at the store

Online payment via Vnpay application using QR code, domestic ATM card, international Visa/Master/JCB card
- Direct payment COD: Delivery staff collects cash upon delivery to customers.
- Payment by direct transfer to account number 109879770901 – Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Tan Binh Branch (Vietinbank).
2. DELIVERY POLICY:
A- Shipping fee:
4MEN Free shipping for orders from 399,000 VND (three hundred and ninety-nine thousand VND). For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, 4MEN applies the shipping fee according to the following price list:
Ho Chi Minh City area:
– Inner City: Districts: 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, Binh Thanh, Go Vap, Phu Nhuan, Tan Binh, Tan Phu, Thu Duc City (Districts 2, 9, old Thu Duc)
– Outer City: Districts: 12, Binh Chanh, Binh Tan, Can Gio, Cu Chi, Hoc Mon, Nha Be.
– Outer City: Districts: 12, Binh Chanh, Binh Tan, Can Gio, Cu Chi, Hoc Mon, Nha Be.
B- Delivery time:
- Shipping time usually takes 2 – 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
- The above time is calculated to the customer’s provincial or city center. If the customer is in a District or Commune, add 1-2 days (depending on the destination).
* Delivery is made during business hours.
* When receiving the goods, you need to review the items you have just received. If the delivered items do not meet your requirements, you can refuse to receive the goods.
